A missed collection due to acts of God, weather or events outside the scope of Best Trash’s control will be handled on the next regularly scheduled service day or as soon as possible when conditions are safe to continue service.

Requesting Replacements: If a cart is damaged (cracked, missing lid or wheels) please contact support@besttrashtexas.com for a replacement at no charge.
Recycling
Cart Care and Maintenance
Please place the carts neatly against the curb along with your trash cart. Best Trash will provide each residence with ONE recycling cart. Lost or stolen recycle carts can be replaced for $85.00 + tax each by calling Best Trash.
Holidays
If your collection day falls on Christmas Day, service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
Regular service will occur on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. Please place all items at the curb by 7:00 a.m.
