Effective April 1, 2019, well pumpage fee charged by North Harris County Regional Water Authority (NHCRWA) has been increased from $3.40 per 1,000 gallons to $3.85 per 1,000 gallons. Additionally, the NHCRWA has approved an increase in the cost of surface water from $3.85 per 1,000 gallons to $4.30 per 1,000 gallons. Please see the linked document below.

UPDATE (2018-09-12): The lines at both of the swale locations have been lowered on May 9, 2018 by CenterPoint. The contractor is moving forward with the project and anticipates completion by November, 2018.

UPDATE: The lines at both of the swale locations have been lowered on May 9, 2018 by CenterPoint. The Project will resume as soon as the contractor remobilizes.

The construction of the extreme event swales to serve Northern Point subdivision will proceed as soon as CenterPoint lowers a gas line at both of the swale locations. Once the gas lines are moved, the contractor will be able to finalize the project.
